SHIPPING POLICY
All of our orders are processed the same day they are managed on our website, unless the order was posted on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed on the next business day.
We always guarantee the delivery of your order.
Once the order has been verified, it is made by hand and within 3/6 days it is received at the delivery address.
We ship to all of Spain and Portugal FREE OF CHARGE.
We do not ship to Ceuta, Las palmas, Melilla and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
We do not ship to Andorra.
We ship to the following countries of the European Union: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden. Shipping costs to these countries is FREE.

Normally: 3/6 days after receiving the order.
Having a margin of 50 days for the product to arrive, if not, you can proceed to the refund for lost / not shipped order. All of our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilitate the delivery of your order.
Consider
* If the client does not put the correct address in the order and does not notify us minutes after the order (before the shipment and package is processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no option to refund and a subsequent shipment of said package will be paid by the customer and buyer.
* In the event that at the time of delivery of the order it is not possible to contact the client, the client is notified via mailbox and if in X days the package is not collected from the notified office, it will be sent to the factory again having lost said package without option to refund.
* If the shipment has already been made, it will not be possible to change the delivery address since the shipments are delivered by external companies Carolina Vigo and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been sent from the warehouse, so the customer is responsible for the loss of the package in case of not having indicated the correct address, has changed house or similar.
Factors such as logistics delays and customs clearance can affect the estimated delivery time.
Carolina Vigo is not responsible under any circumstances for taxes, fees or duties applied to shipping or fees that may be applied in customs for the package purchased, so the person responsible will be the buyer and client of Carolina Vigo providing the required value in customs without being able to process a return.

* Any return, for whatever reason, is the cost of shipping back to the warehouses at the customer's expense. (We will pay the shipping of said change so that the product returns to the buyer).
